1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to support authentication, preferences, security, and related functionality.
2. Cookies used by KrptoPay

3. Why we use them
KrptoPay uses cookies only when they are needed to provide a feature you requested, protect your account, or remember a workspace preference you selected. Session and CSRF cookies are strictly necessary. The sidebar preference is written only after you change the workspace navigation. Core wallet, marketplace, and account features may not function correctly if security cookies are blocked.
4. Privacy-friendly audience measurement
KrptoPay uses Vercel Web Analytics on a reviewed allowlist of public marketing, blog, and legal pages. It does not use cookies, does not receive query strings from KrptoPay, and is blocked from account, admin, support, transaction, marketplace workspace, and invitation routes. Vercel reports aggregated page-view information using a daily rotating hash that is not intended to identify a visitor across days or websites.
5. Live support cookies
Live chat is available only to eligible signed-in customers and does not load automatically. If you select Start live chat, our support provider, Chatwoot, stores cw_conversationand a website-specific cw_user_* cookie so it can keep the conversation connected to your account. These functional cookies can remain for up to one year. Ticket support remains available without starting live chat.
6. Managing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent authenticated features from working. Deleting live-chat cookies resets the browser's connection to previous chat conversations but does not delete support records that KrptoPay must retain.
7. Changes to this policy
If KrptoPay introduces advertising, cross-site tracking, session replay, or another non-essential technology that requires consent, it will remain disabled until you make a choice where applicable. We will also update this policy and provide a way to withdraw that choice.
